Important Convention Policies:
- All attendees must be registered and wear badges to all ticketed events (excluding dances).
- Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. For best seating, purchase tickets early.
- If you wish to sit as a group, please send in registration forms with payment together. If registering online, we request one person purchase the tables(s).
- Tickets are not mailed, please pick them up at Pre-registration table when you arrive. Receipts will be emailed, if an accurate email is provided at checkout.
- Tickets will be sold at onsite registration until closed or sold-out. Only the Ice Cream Socials, and Dances will be sold at the door.
- No refunds on cancelled events after May 23rd; tickets may be transferred or donated to a newcomer.
- Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable.

Online Registration will open Jan 2, 2024 - May 30, 2024
If you are not registered on May 30th, plan on registering onsite. Onsite Registration opens at noon on Thursday, June 6th. Online registration will not reopen.
Pet Policy
Service Animals are welcome at all meetings. Personal pets whose purpose is to provide comfort or emotional support DO NOT qualify as service animals under the American with Disabilities Act. Please do not bring them to meetings. Thank you for understanding.
